No matter how long you’ve been working here, you will always see someone at some point going the Extra Mile! It’s what we do and D2P is what drives it. With all the awards and accomplishments Jetco’s had over the years, none of them would be possible if we didn’t have the dedication of our employees. When I think of dedication and being a team player, Cristina always comes to mind. She was kind enough to give me her thoughts on the industry and our company.
"I’ve been in Customer Service for a total of 13 years and the last 6 have been here at Jetco. I feel like I’ve learned a lot about the industry from when I initially started here. Every day has been a learning experience. One of the things I’ve learned is the Jetco difference. We manage our customer relationships based on long-term objectives. While we value our customers and strive to meet their expectations, we don’t look for business. We look for partnerships. One of the things I love the most about working here is my team. Moving containers isn’t easy, it takes a very patient person to do what we do, plus my team helps me get things done. From inside the office to our awesome drivers! The day to day of a CSR can be super busy, so when I have down time, I enjoy spending it with my family. With two boys, 8 and 10 years old, they do plenty to keep me motivated and to continue building our success here at Jetco."
