Hubert Flores came to Jetco almost 12 years ago and has been an inspiration to me and so many others. I never knew how important sales was until I attended my first sales meeting. I was able to witness all the foundation work necessary to keep a company like Jetco running strong. Over the years he’s always stressed the importance to strive for excellence while at the same time he was always willing to roll up his sleeves to help. Since he has driven trucks for years, he knows how important it is to take care of the drivers. This man really has done it all and it shows in his ability to relate to people, especially our customers.
So, I figured who better to ask than man himself for a few words of guidance for the masses. Hubert gave me this statement.
“I would like to say thank you to my fellow co-workers for all the support I get. Starting with the drivers. I know it’s a tough job to have. I’ve been there behind the wheel for 14 years. Never take for granted how much of a blessing it is to come home to your family every day. I also want to say that I know our operations team works long and hard hours every day to make sure our customers our satisfied and for that I want to say thank you. You make the impossible look easy! I made a goal this year to stay healthy and to work extra hard to bring more business in. With the continued support and commitment from our team members, I know we’ll make this happen.”
