COMMERCIAL CARRIER JOURNAL: Increasing motor carrier insurance liability limits misses root issues

Congress is considering legislation to raise minimum required insurance liability limits for motor carriers from $750,000 to $2 million. The minimum has not changed in nearly 40 years.
