For the second time in three years, Jetco Delivery has been recognized as one of 20 Truckload Carriers Association and CarriersEdge's 2023 Best Fleets to Drive For. Jetco last won the award in 2021 and is proud to have its name next to some of the most recognized and prestigious in the industry.
This year, more than 160 companies applied for Best Fleets to Drive For, a record number. The application process is grueling and requires a true team effort to complete the written application, interview and driver surveys. Jetco would not have even been considered without everyone's involvement, from our professional drivers to our operations team, diesel technicians and warehousing team.
This award thus reflects Jetco's commitment to our core values, especially safety. As Jetco President Kyle Kristynik said, "I believe that we are back in the top 20 because we never settle and continue to find ways to raise the bar on ourselves. We added the role of an employee engagement director and have worked on changes in benefits, bonuses, and more, based on our employees' feedback."
