On April 18, 2026, Jetco brought our entire team together for the first time in several years to celebrate a significant milestone in our company history: 50 years in providing safe, exceptional trucking and freight logistics services to the Gulf Coast and beyond.
Office staff, professional drivers, warehouse and shop personnel, and their families traveled from across Houston, Dallas and Pasadena to congregate at the Houston Zoo. We kicked off the morning by recommitting to our core values -- with safety first and foremost -- led by Vice President of Safety Jeff McKinney. Then we heard from Jetco President Kyle Kristynik on the Jetco state of the union, ever-changing market conditions and future investment in new equipment, people and technology.
Kyle also presented this year's newly renamed Mauris Mattern Longevity awards, named after one of Jetco's three founders, and the Extra Mile awards, given to employees for "going the extra mile" and voted on by their peers.
Most importantly, we enjoyed lunch, the zoo animals, and spending time with each other.
Check out a few photos from the celebration.
