Jetco Delivery CEO and The GTI Group Executive Vice President Brian Fielkow has been selected as one of the 2022 “CEOs Who Get It” by the [National Safety Council.](https://www.nsc.org/) This prestigious list recognizes CEOs who go beyond compliance to build safety strategy using four key components: leadership and employee engagement, safety management solutions, risk reduction and performance measurement.

In his 16 years as Jetco CEO and three years as GTI Executive Vice President, Fielkow has instilled a leader-driven, employee-owned safety culture into the organizations through strategies that follow a behavior-based approach. Employees and their families live and breathe Driving 2 Perfection, in which they’re always pushing themselves and each other toward the safest outcomes at work, on the road and at home.

“CEOs who ‘get it’ lead by example…. In his prior role leading Jetco Delivery, Brian L. Fielkow went against the grain and incorporated safety into Jetco’s value proposition, which attracted clients who are willing partners in a shared safety mission,” said National Safety Council President and CEO Lorraine M. Martin.

This year, Fielkow was one of nine CEOs from national and international organizations to receive the annual recognition. Fielkow is a past recipient of the National Safety Council’s Distinguished Service to Safety Award. Brian L. Fielkow is an accomplished senior executive with a 30-year career that includes growing and transforming multimillion-dollar organizations. With a solid history of driving corporate strategy development and execution, best practices, and continuous improvement, he is as much at home building a robust company as he is in creating an impeccable safety culture. As CEO of Jetco Delivery, LLC, Brian built the organization into one of the Gulf Coast’s premiere trucking and logistics companies based largely on its safety reputation.

In 2019, Brian successfully sold Jetco to GTI. At The GTI Group, Brian has made key contribution serving as EVP and member of the Board of Directors. Among other responsibilities, he leads safety initiatives for GTI’s operations internationally.
